Request addresses of doctors/therapists

Are you looking for the contact information of doctors or therapists who specialize in ADHD?¶

1. Then you’ve come to the right place :-)¶

1.1. 32,741 Addresses in Germany, 1,000 in Austria, 300 in Switzerland¶

We have 32,741 addresses in Germany (as of August 1, 2026); we know that approximately 3,050 of them treat or diagnose ADHD; the remaining 29,600 could do so based on their area of specialization.
If we identify those among them who treat or diagnose ADHD, we could cut through the Gordian knot of the massive shortage of care in Germany. That would be a blessing for everyone.
It’s super easy to do using the link to the respective address. More on that below.

We’ve already incorporated several thousand pieces of feedback from our users. Thanks to everyone!

In addition, we have over 1,000 listings in Austria and just under 300 in Switzerland for providers who treat or diagnose ADHD.

We’d be happy to email you a list of 50 ADHD specialists and an additional 40 potential ADHD specialists if you agree to provide feedback later on your experiences with doctors, psychologists, etc. The list is sorted by distance from based on an (existing) ZIP code And also includes our users’ experiences with these providers. You’ll always receive 90 addresses.
You’ll find instructions on how to request addresses below.

1.2. Selection by category, target audience, and billing is possible¶

You can now select the requested addresses more precisely:

• by category (doctor, psychotherapist, hospital, hospital outpatient clinic, other)
• by target audience (children / teens or adults)
• after billing (through insurance or privately)

While this makes the request a bit more complex, it yields much better-matching addresses.

1.3. Addresses in Mail as a list and a table as an attachment¶

You’ll receive our addresses once in the body of the email (which is also readable on cell phones) and also as an Excel spreadsheet (which contains additional information).

2. Agree to provide feedback¶

Since addresses are only useful if they are kept up to date, we ask that you, in return, agree to share your experiences with doctors, psychologists, etc., with us—please also include your experiences with other addresses.

2.1. Giving feedback is really easy¶

• Every address you receive from us has its own link in the address line. The link opens a web form in which that address is already pre-filled.

• You can easily enter new or different addresses in the online form. Every address helps!

• You can easily add reviews and experiences using the web form:

  • Stars ranging from 1 (poor) to 5 (good) in the four areas of ADHD expertise, ADHD diagnosis,

    ADHD Medication and ADHD Psychotherapy.

  • positive or negative experiences as text

  • Simply overwrite any changed address information or phone numbers in the form with the new information.

  • Please do not post reports about closed or long waiting lists. We won’t know when they’re open again…

• Wait until you’ve gained some experience with the addresses. We’ll remind you about the feedback from time to time.

• Enter the email address where you received the invitation email in the web form so we don’t have to remind you again to submit your feedback. The links in the tables already transfer your email address to the feedback form.

2.2. Simple feedback on whether addresses are associated with ADHD or not and/or are inactive¶

We do not know whether the approximately 29,600 facilities in Germany that could treat ADHD actually do so. However, the opportunity to massively expand the pool of providers treating ADHD—and thereby address the critical shortage of ADHD care—was worth many months of our work.
If you contact one of these addresses, you can easily provide this information using the feedback link for that address (just check the box at the very top of the form that the link opens)—this would be a big help to people with ADHD looking for relevant addresses.

3. Email us using the following format to receive addresses¶

Your email is handled by people who volunteer their free time to do so. Software simply helps us with this.
We would therefore appreciate a friendly email.

Here’s how to write an email:

• To: Info@adxs.org
• From: (a non-anonymous email address; we use your email address solely to remind you about the feedback. But we’d really like to receive it…)
• Subject: Write “ “ in the subject line: “Your addresses in exchange for mine + feedback later” This is the code you use to agree to provide us with the addresses you know and to give us feedback on your experience.
• Email text:
  • It would be nice to include a few kind words for the person who responds to your email.
  • ZIP Code: Enter at most one (1) complete, existing ZIP code around which the addresses will be searched,
  • in the format
    • D-00000 (for Germany, with “D-” at the beginning) or
    • A-0000 (for Austria, with “A-” at the beginning) or
    • CH-0000 (for Switzerland, with “CH-” at the beginning).
      So please use D-00000, not 00000 :-) Instead of the zeros, please use the ZIP code for the addresses you’re looking for ;-)
      We cannot respond to inquiries that do not include a ZIP code.
  • Optional category filters
    • By including these codes in the email body (exactly these strings, with the “ #“ at the beginning and end, and no spaces in between), you can limit the addresses to:
      • #Doctor# Only doctors can prescribe medication; doctors can also make diagnoses
      • #Psychotherapist# You can find contact information for medical psychotherapists (specialists in psychotherapy) and psychological psychotherapists. Psychotherapists can diagnose and provide psychological treatment.
      • #Clinic# Clinics (including rehabilitation clinics)
      • #Outpatient Clinic# Clinics that provide outpatient care
      • #Other# You can use this string to request the addresses of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, coaches, psychologists (not psychotherapists), social pediatric centers, and others.
      • “Optional” means: If you don’t specify a category, you’ll receive addresses from all categories
  • Optional audience filters
    • By including these codes in the email body (exactly these strings, with the “ #“ at the beginning and end and no spaces in between), you can limit the addresses to:
      • #KiJu# Only practices that diagnose and/or treat children and adolescents
      • #Adults# Only practices that diagnose and/or treat adults
      • “Optional” means: If you don’t specify a target group, you’ll receive addresses for all target groups.
  • Optional billing filter
    • #Health Insurance Plans# No addresses known to bill exclusively to private patients
    • “Optional” means: If you don’t specify “ #“ or “Kasse#,” you’ll also get results for private practices.

We will read and respond to your email; the email addresses are selected by software based on the information you provide.
We usually ship every 2 to 3 days.

Your email address will not be used for advertising or any other purposes, nor will it be shared with anyone.

The email contains a link that makes it easy for you to donate to us.
This will allow you to support our nonprofit work.
However, mailing the address is not contingent on a donation.

If you haven’t received an email after a week:

• Check your spam folder
• Make sure your inbox isn’t full so it can receive emails.
• University email systems often do not allow Excel spreadsheets to be attached.
  Please use a different email address.
